A Raw File Viewer Program
FileViewer is primarily a Debugging Tool for Programmers.
FileViewer will display Windows based Files in a raw File Format.
Each 8 Bit (Byte) can be displayed in Hex, Decimal, or ASCII Format.
File Data is displayed in 512 Byte Blocks (User can page through a file in 512 Byte increments or in 10% increments).
On Startup, FileViewer can reload last File accessed.
Any Block displayed on the Screen can be Printed.
A simple String Search capability is provided.
Max File size which can be displayed is 2GB.
